I moved to America a few years back for a very special lady. Longing for the classic flavors and tastes of home, I launched Spencer's to make Jolly Posh British and Irish foods.

Spencer's premium products include a delicious dry-cured bacon and two flavors of bangers (sausages). These authentic bangers and bacon reflect my heritage, and are lovingly made here in America to time-honored, traditional recipes using fine, fresh, and locally sourced ingredients.
